Your local custom builder.
At Elite Building & Construction, we specialise in true custom builds and fully customised designs. You speak directly with the builder, giving you full control over your home’s design, finishes, and features. Let’s bring your dream home to life!
After trying multiple shed builders to modify our shed without success, Elite said they could and did the job well.
Three steps to your custom build
Building a new home is a big investment. Here’s how we make sure you get exactly what you want.
We listen to you
We take the time to understand your vision, budget, and needs before laying out the best approach.
We plan together
From budget allocation to design choices, we help you navigate the process with expert advice.
We custom build
Our team works with your architect or modifies our pre-designed plans to create your dream home.
Why choose Elite
- True custom builds. No set packages, no volume builder limitations. Every build is tailored to your needs.
- Difficult terrain experts. We specialise in steep blocks, sloped sites, and architect-designed projects that other builders avoid.
- We do the work ourselves. Excavation, welding, structural work — we handle the most critical aspects to avoid delays and mistakes.
- Transparent inclusions. We clearly outline what’s included, so you know exactly what your finished home will look like.
- Move-in ready options. Unlike other builders, we offer landscaping, driveways, and fencing so your home is truly complete when you move in.

See all reviewsWe were delighted with Nathan Hooper and the Elite Building and Construction Services team. Nathan was always focussed on delivering quality workmanship.
We had Nathan do some footings for us for a job, he was prompt, professional and very reasonable on price. It was pleasing to work with him.
After trying multiple shed builders to modify our shed without success, Elite said they could and did the job well.
Contacted Nathan and his crew to re-model my awful old shower.....they went above and beyond, and now my bathroom is absolutely beautiful!! The attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into (what I’m sure was) a challenging repair/re-build, was truly appreciated. Thank you for such a wonderful result!
